Afrika Tikkun Services believes that every person, and the youth in particular, has a right to play a role and be a part of the economy of South Africa.

According to Lana Roy, Project lead for Disability Inclusion at Afrika Tikkun Services, the focus is support from ECD to placement into employment, with an emphasis on people living with disabilities.

She says every year at the Disability Summit and Career Expo and every day in between, there is a learning curve which exposes fresh insights as to how hard the educators and learners work to ensure inclusion in the workplace and dignified employment.
