Video – Ernst & Young embraces holistic workplace inclusivity

Year-on-year since 2019 there has only been a 0.1% incremental increase of people living with disabilities in the South African workplace, according to the Department of Employment and Labour.

Ernst & Young believes that employment equity is about inclusion on every level and disability inclusion is a priority. Africa, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Ernst & Young, Tebogo Motsoane, spoke to Disability Connect at the Disability Career Summit & Expo 2023.
