eDeaf and sister company DEAFinition work together to enhance an understanding of deaf culture in the workplace.

As part of the Disability Career Summit and Expo 2023, eDeaf and DEAFinition opened their doors to learners and corporate participants, explaining the importance of understanding the needs of hearing impaired people within a hearing environment.

Work readiness and learnership programmes assist deaf learners in integrating into a hearing world, and ensuring that the hearing community and deaf community come together.
