Concentrating on youth development, Afrika Tikkun Services offers learnerships, internships and bursaries to those living with disabilities.

The adaption of the workplace environment extends into awareness and sensitisation training for staff and for people who attend their courses as an intentionally inclusive organisation. Director for Disability Inclusion, Lana Roy told Disability Connect at the Disability Career Summit & Expo that Afrika Tikkun is developing a pipeline for young people living with disabilities.
