What started in 2012 as a small gathering of learners with disabilities and a few corporates in the hall of Hope School, Westcliff, has grown to 1 400 learners and students, and over 40 companies and associations over two days. The vision of Paddy Slattery of Mandeville Para Swimming is now the biggest gathering of disability workplace inclusion in the country.
