{"id":2891,"date":"2020-05-13T08:20:19","date_gmt":"2020-05-13T08:20:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/disabilityconnect.co.za\/?p=2891"},"modified":"2020-05-13T08:20:19","modified_gmt":"2020-05-13T08:20:19","slug":"wheelchair-handling-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.disabilityconnectexpo.com\/index.php\/2020\/05\/13\/wheelchair-handling-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Wheelchair handling training"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wheelchairs and positioning devices can have optimal impact when the users and all who care for or work with them understand the features of the device, how it works, adjusts and how to best use it during the user\u2019s daily activities.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of a wheelchair alone opens doors to opportunity but does not always result in the user being fully included in the life of his community.
